This Visual Guide is very simple and can be read very fast. If used in one of the following methods it can become a very powerful tool.
The Reflection Method
Deeply reflect on each diagram and understand its essence. Take the time to look in to yourself and see how you can apply it in your path of life.
The Absorption Method
Read/View this guide’s diagrams again and again, don’t spent time to deeply reflect on their essence, but view them as many time as you can. After a while their essence will absorb in to your system and become part of you.
Keep in your pocket (or smartphone) copies of the diagrams you think best reminds you of your weak points. Keep them there till you’ll overcome those weaknesses.

For many years I have practice as a user / human experience expert and content strategist but you don’t have to be one to understand that when things are simple and short it is much easier to understand and remember them. If thing are clear and logical it is also easier to internalize them. people tend to remember better when seeing a visual simple drawing or graph then read lot of text.
Leader Vs. Boss
Motivation achieves higher goals than authority and orders do. A leader motivate people by inspiration and engagement, he is not their boss. A leader has followers, a boss has obedient.
