For many years I have practice as a user / human experience expert and content strategist but you don’t have to be one to understand that when things are simple and short it is much easier to understand and remember them. If thing are clear and logical it is also easier to internalize them. people tend to remember better when seeing a visual simple drawing or graph then read lot of text.
